Aluminum Composite Panel Ceiling Installation Instructions

Ceiling Installation with Aluminum Composite Panels:

The aluminum composite panel ceiling installation procedure is presented in three parts: aluminum composite sheet construction, construction plan preparation, and construction quality standards.

(1) First, inspect the skeleton for quality, paying special attention to the straightness of the boom, even force, and a space between the keels of no more than 500mm. If it is humid, the spacing must be reduced appropriately. The keel's lower surface is smooth and has no falling sensation. The main and accessories are inextricably linked and can be bound following confirmation.

(2) The cutting of the board should be broken along the cutting so that the cutting board's edge is straight and square, with no faults such as missing corners.

(3) When the plank is fastened, the aluminum composite panel's side (enveloped edge) is laid perpendicular to the supporting keel, and the suspension is suspended under the weight. When docking, aluminum composite sheets should be snug but not forced in place. They can begin from the corner or the middle row. It is not recommended to lay them both at the same time. The seams should be straight, wide, and small, with no staggering.

(4) The joints on both sides of the wall should not fall on the same keel when joining aluminum composite panels, which should be tight when docked but not pressed firmly into place. When using double-layer panels, the second layer slit of the plate cannot fall on the same vertical keel as the seam of the first layer, and the double gypsum board should be stitched together by accident.

Before the aluminum composite panel ceiling was built, the following work was done:

(1)Before installing the aluminum composite panel, first inspect the skeleton, paying special attention to the straightness of the hanger and the force is even, the distance between the keels is no more than 500mm (the design of the wet environment requires proper spacing), and the lower surface of the keel is smooth and has no falling sensation. The attachments are snugly and firmly attached, and the products can be bound following confirmation. Click here for Aluminium Composite Panel Sheets for Construction.

(2) The cutting of the board is broken along the cutting, resulting in a straight and square edge with no faults such as missing corners.

(3) The planking is fixed, and the side and (enveloped edge) of the aluminum composite panel are laid perpendicular to the supporting keel, with the suspension suspended beneath the right. When docking the aluminum composite panel, it should be snug but not forced in place. It can begin from a corner or a central row, and it is not recommended to lay it all at once. It is required that the plate seams be straight, consistent, and wide, with no staggering.

(4) Seams, aluminum composite panels must be tight when butted but cannot be forcefully pressed in place, joints must be staggered, and junctions on both sides of the wall must not be on the same keel; when using double-layer panels, the second laminate must be tight. The slots cannot be on the same vertical keel as the first layer's seam, and the double-layer plasterboard must be stitched together.
