Application of Aluminum Corrugated Composite Panel

An aluminum corrugated composite panel is a three-layer sandwich composite material composed of two layers of aluminum panels and backing plates joined with aluminum corrugated cores, resulting in a significantly reduced quantity of material utilized while achieving outstanding product performance. Its core material is an aluminum alloy sheet, often of the water aluminum corrugated composite panel type or trapezoidal, which increases the bonding area between the core material and the face backing plate and improves the bonding strength, giving this material excellent performance and making it widely used in the exterior of large public buildings such as airports, stadiums, convention centers, opera houses, and so on.


Firm and lasting bonding performance stability:

The unique face contact structural form of aluminum corrugated composite panel determines that this product has excellent physical and mechanical properties, and the flat tensile strength is generally up to 2Mpa, thus ensuring stable, firm, and durable bonding performance, and can be used with the building at the same age.


Energy saving and environmental protection:

The core of the board forms an air channel between the panel and the backing board, and the core of the board is a hollow board system. Due to the influence of solar radiation, the air temperature inside the channel rises, which makes heat transfer upward, thus playing a heat insulation role.
