1. Material and structure of the aluminum composite panel.

The aluminum composite panel is a new type of decorative material with a series of excellent properties, and soon after its introduction, it has been widely used in curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration, and other fields, creating a new world of contemporary architectural decoration.

A panel consisting of aluminum and plastic is referred to as an "aluminum composite panel." It is a sheet comprised of an aluminum and plastic core material that has been joined using a specialized adhesive under particular processing circumstances. In actual application, it often involves painting the front and back metal panels first, followed by laminating them with plastic core material. Typically, a protective coating is applied to the back panel while a decorative coating is applied to the front panel. A layer of the plastic core material is sandwiched between two layers of aluminum panels in the aluminum composite panel's structure, which is often thought of as having a sandwich-type structure. 2. Aluminum composite panel classification and requirements

Aluminum composite panel classification: Because the aluminum composite panel is a new material, there is no consistent classification system. It is typically classed based on usage, product function, and surface decorative effect.

(1) Sorted according to usage.

a. Aluminum composite panels for curtain wall construction.

The thickness of its top and lower aluminum plates must be at least 0.50mm, and the total thickness must be at least 4mm. Aluminum material should meet GB/T 3880 standards; normally, 3000, 5000, and other series of aluminum alloy plates should be used, with fluorocarbon resin covering.

b. Aluminum panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising.

For the upper and lower aluminum plate with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm rust-proof aluminum, the total thickness should be not less than 4mm. the coating generally uses fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.

c. Aluminum composite panel for indoor use.

The upper and lower aluminum panels are generally 0.20mm thick, with a minimum thickness of not less than 0.10mm aluminum panels, and the total thickness is generally 3mm.

The coating uses polyester coating or acrylic coating.

(2) Classification by product function.

a. Fireproof board: Select a fire-retardant core material and product combustion performance to achieve the flame-retardant level (B1 level) or non-combustible level (A level); other performance indicators must also meet the technical indicators of aluminum composite panels.

b. Anti-bacterial and anti-mildew aluminum composite panel: An anti-bacterial and bactericidal coating is applied to the aluminum composite panel, restricting the reproduction of microbial activities and eventually killing bacteria.

c. Anti-static aluminum composite panel: The antistatic aluminum composite panel coats the aluminum composite panel with an antistatic coating, and the surface resistivity is less than 109, which is lower than the surface resistivity of ordinary aluminum composite panels, making static electricity difficult to generate and dust in the air difficult to adhere to its surface.

(3)Classify based on the surface decoration impact.

a. Coated decorative aluminum composite panel: The surface of the aluminum plate is coated with a variety of decorative coatings. The most prevalent variation on the market is a fluorocarbon, polyester, and acrylic coating, which includes metallic, plain, pearlescent, fluorescent colors, and other colors with ornamental effects.

b. Oxidation coloring aluminum composite panel: Using anodic oxidation and timely treatment of aluminum alloy panels have chic colors such as rose red and bronze, which play a special decorative effect.
