What is the distinction between a Hyperboloid Aluminum Panel and a single-curved metal veneer?

Curtain wall aluminum veneer has been used in the building business for over 20 years. And some lines of external building decorations based on the wall toward the design of some curved curves emphasize the flexible and changeable artistic atmosphere, so the curved aluminum veneer is naturally born.

The curved aluminum veneer is made up of a single-curve and hyperboloid aluminum panel.

Single-bend aluminum veneer: Single-bend aluminum veneer is one of the aluminum veneers, but it is also an arc-shaped aluminum veneer. A single-bend aluminum veneer is the same arc-shaped bent aluminum veneer in every arc length and curvature.

With production and processing precision specifications, the arc rolling machine, the aluminum plate material following the design arc for rolling arc processing, can be used for the single curved aluminum veneer manufacturing process. Single curved plate processing out the impact is also good, and double curved aluminum veneer, spherical plate processing instead of trouble and poor results if the arc rolling machine processing.

Curved hyperbolic aluminum veneer production trouble stems primarily from the curvature of the plate processing. Can you picture each raw material plate being 1200mm wide? If you want to create a spherical decoration, you must calculate the curvature of the decomposition and the angle of cutting material for each layer of the plate. Consider the welding of thermal expansion and contraction, as well as another physical stretching, deformation, and other problems.

A single-bend aluminum veneer is a common wavy aluminum veneer; a hyperboloid aluminum panel is two distinct arcs overlapping on the same surface, that is, from two separate centers of the circle, divided into two radii drawing the arc. Whether it is a single-bend aluminum veneer or a hyperboloid aluminum panel, the manufacturing and processing process is complicated, and manufacturers' hardware and software must meet stringent requirements. Small manufacturers in general are unable to create and process curved aluminum veneer; large manufacturers can do so but must customize, and the price will be comparatively high. Three major processes are frequently used in the processing of hyperboloid aluminum panels:

1. Thermal processing technique of forming

Roll and bend the aluminum piece into an approximately hyperbolic shape before heating it. Then, using the pre-made mold, slowly pound it into form before cutting, welding, folding, grinding, and polishing. To guarantee the surface quality of the hyperbolic aluminum sheet, the entire process must be very careful. This molding technique is ideal for parts with small models and large curvature variations. When the model size is relatively large and complicated, it can be broken into small pieces and then spliced into large pieces, for which the cost of the hyperbolic aluminum sheet is high, the construction period is long, and the surface is difficult to ensure. As a result, when dividing the grid on the hyperboloid aluminum panel, the processing challenge must be considered.

2. Roll bending molding processing technique

This group is using the roll-bending equipment to make some changes. Convert one vector to concave and the other to convex. This technique can be formed similarly to the spherical surface of such a regular hyperbolic aluminum plate; its processing range is limited, but for some very small curvatures, the hyperbolic aluminum plate will have significant benefits.

3. Forming method for the stamping operation

This technique can produce almost all hyperbolic aluminum plates, but it produces almost no hyperbolic aluminum plates. Because the cost of its forming technique is so exorbitant, you can assume that the processing and material costs of a pair of iron molds are a number!
