How to Create an Aluminium Composite Panel

It is recommended to use the folded edge method around the perimeter of wholesale aluminum composite panel goods, which should not touch the surface aluminum panel while slotting, and the thickness of the leftover plastic core after slotting should not be less than 0.3mm.

The distance between the draw nails should be kept at around 200mm, and the two ends of the center rib should be securely fastened to the frame. The connection must meet the standards of force transmission and dependability.

Bolts, plates, or hooks can be utilized to secure the aluminum composite panel block to the beam or column.

The pendant or corner code of the aluminum composite panel block shall not be less than 3m thick, and the material can be formed of aluminum alloy or steel following current national regulations. The rivets or incorrect bolts used to connect the pegs or corner codes to the panels should be stainless steel, and the diameter and quantity of rivets, screws, or bolts should be calculated.
