(1) Aluminum composite panels should be kept or placed in a properly ventilated and dry location to minimize water collection, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 70°C. Avoid installing in unusual environments such as smoke, dust, sand, radiation, hazardous gas, and chemical environments.
(2) When moving or storing aluminum composite board, keep it flat. To avoid scratching the surface, the board must be lifted on all four sides at the same time when being handled.
(3) When using a slotting machine or gong machine slotting, a round head or 90 should be used. Slotting with a V-type flat head saw blade or a milling knife must leave 0.2-0.3mm of thick plastic core board, along with the panel bending edge, to boost strength and toughness and avoid aluminum hydrogenation. Bending the corner too sharply, cutting and damaging the aluminum panel, or leaving the plastic too thick can result in the metal panel breaking or the paint bursting while bending the edge.
(4) Bend the edge with even force; once produced, do not bend it again; otherwise, the aluminum panel will fracture.
(5) To retain the flatness of the aluminum composite panel and improve its wind resistance, the panel must be lined with a skeleton and attached to the panel after the edge has been bent.
(6) To decorate a curved surface, use bending equipment to bend the aluminum composite panel gently, so that the board gradually reaches the required surface, without stepping in place. The radius of bending should be more than 30cm.
(7) Install the aluminum composite panel in the same plane and process direction as before. Otherwise, it might result in a color disparity in perspective.
(8) The protective film should be removed after 45 days of the aluminum composite panel's installation; otherwise, the protective film will deteriorate due to long-term sun exposure. The problem of adhesive loss may occur when ripping the film.
(9) To preserve their service life, interior wall panels should be utilized indoors and not erected outdoors.
If the surface of the board becomes contaminated during construction or usage, carefully clean it with neutral detergent or alcohol; avoid using strong acid or strong alkaline detergent.
