People frequently use aluminum composite panel raw material and clinker in construction materials, so what is the difference between aluminum plastic board raw material and clinker?

The basic material aluminum composite board is easily broken due to its low toughness. Clinker aluminum composite board, on the other hand, is difficult to break because of its high toughness.

2. Preparation.

The raw material may require extra cutting heads when producing aluminum composite panels. After all, impurities exist.

3. Benefits and drawbacks.

When the aluminum skin is thick, the building effect does not show the benefits and drawbacks of the two types of core materials. Raw aluminum composite panels are significantly less expensive than clinker aluminum composite panels due to variations in raw material prices.

When the entire thickness of the panel is thin, it is preferable to utilize clinker to reduce the likelihood of bursting when the aluminum-plastic plate is folded.

When the overall thickness of ACP and the aluminum substrate are both thick, the difference is negligible.
